I heard that he has Hepatitis C, and that his medication is confusing his mind. Maybe. Maybe not. Yumi had Hepatitis C and her medication (Interferon) did not affect her mind whatsoever. Nevertheless, it is obvious that the man cannot perform. His staff should keep him out of such situations.

The Naval Officer did a fine job of not cracking up and making some kind of comment. I may not have had the same level of composure.
