Humorous

I just told Dad that Brian is trying to loose weight, he said that he is also watching his weight. I asked him: "How come, you just ate a brownie?" He replied: "Each morning I get on the scale and I watch my weight. I am 240 lbs." :-)

Can't trust the scales at the YMCA. I went everyday this week and still at 232. I went down to 230.5 on one day and the next day it said I was 234.5.

You're right... scales always lie. They are not ever to be considered reliable, honest, or true. We should all avoid scales at all costs. Pant size is the only reliable way to determine granditude. (Is that a word?)

Weight is just one piece of data about ones physique. Michael Jordan and many athletes fall into the obese weight range because they have so much muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. I am down 25 lbs. now, but I am still ashamed to confess how much I weigh.

I can relate to Michale Jordan. Muscle mass weight is surely my problem.

Most of my weight issues center around my ego. (Enormous Gut Obstruction)
