Delta's Newest B747-400

Those are very neat pictures! Having been involved in aircraft maintenance and knowing the problems of repainting an aircraft, especially a big one, I was super impressed. The flight pictures were fascinating too. I assume they had the work done at a special facility in California that is located near Edwards AFB.

I do not know where they painted it. I assume NWA has a complete paint shop in Minneapolis. I know Delta has a complete paint shop here at the Atlanta airport where they can complete such tasks.

I have toured the Boeing plant in Everett, WA and it is an amazing tour. Everything is sooo big.
