I think that Debbie, Lawrence, Nina (his girlfriend), and I are planning to attend the Las Vegas Bowl featuring BYU vs. Oregon State on December 22nd. If anyone would like to go, I thought that before we order our tickets we would ask if anyone else would like to go and we can get a group of seats together. Anyone want to go? Game time is 5:00 PM PST and if you want to fly in, we can pick you up at the airport. If you are driving, stop by and we can all Caravan together. It would be fun to have a bunch of family members together enjoying the game. Let me know ASAP.

What a great idea, Deric. Some other year, perhaps. If I were going to be in town, I would work hard to get to the Fiesta Bowl, but Nick and I have spent our last frequent flyer miles to get to Mexico for Christmas.
Understandable. I think we all need to look at a weekend game in Provo for next year. When does BYU play BSU? I heard that they have a home & home schedule coming up. Wouldn't it be fun to attend those games as a family? However, I wouldn't know who to root for because I love them both!
Maybe I could come...hold on.
I believe we could come. How much are the tickets?
I'm not sure I can go yet, but tell us how much the tickets are.
That's all I am waiting for...ticket prices. I am told we can get 4 tickets with four hot dogs and four drinks and a program for $80.
They call it a four pack! Surprise surprise....duh.
4 tickets for $80????? The Fiesta bowl is $150 per ticket for the nose bleed section. $400 - $1200 for the good seats, and that don't include no weiners.
I will look into it but last I looked they are around $50 per ticket.
Go to StubHub.com and you can see price ranges. They range from $35 all the way up to $300 for luxery seats. I don't think it would matter where we sat as long as we were together having a good time. Fifty yard line seats row 40 for example are $80. Endzone seats are $60.
BYU Ticket sales go on sale on Decmeber 9th for $65.
We'll be looking to purchase tickets by Saturday. Let us know by then if youwant us to get group seating. We'ld love to see you all!
Not next year, I think it begins in 2011.
BSU's opening with Toledo, Wyo, Oregon State, and Va Tech next year for its non-conference schedule.
