My trip to the Crystal making factory. The man was doing a demo on how they make a Crystal vase. The next photo is a Cystal glass echo chamber. It was so cool. The idea is that you speak to each other quietly and it sounds like the person is speaking stereo in your ears...almost as if they were split in two and speaking into both of your ears at the same time. We tried it...it really worked. The next photo is a Crystal glass organ. The whole thing was made of crystal glass. The keys, the wind pipes...and it worked! I played "We Thank Thee O God for a Prophet" and the whole building sounded glorious! We could hold church there. We would not want to put the nursery in the echo chamber, however.
Yeah but you venture out. I usually tour each hotel but they pretty much all look alike. Most my ventures are within a few blocks from each hotel...not enough time to get out and see the country and the cool things outside each downtown area.

I would have played in a Gadda da Vida by Iron Butterfly.
Doug, that's funny! I would love to that fantastic drum solo in crystal!
I would have sung opera and broken the crystal.
That is sooo cool! ( I'm talking about Teresa's post...)
Kim...yes, you would have broken the crystal. I don't know Gadda da vida by Iron Butterfly. I'll have to go look it up now. Fabienne, Thanks!
I am always impressed with all the side trips you guys take. I think I have a touch of jealousy. Maybe I am a jealous bigot?!
What's there to be jealous about? You take side trips for a living! You are always on a trip!
