Wow, is it difficult to read a book on line? I have never tried and it seems that I would get tired.

If it isn't fiction, and I don't read much fiction, I like to mark up my reading with hi-liters and write comments in the margins.

Maybe my progression into technology with eventually allow me to read a book on line! Right now, it seems daunting.

The books come in various formats, but many are simply doc files that allow to use comments and highlighting. Additionally, such books don't require any physical bookshelf space.

True! But I love dusty old books, book shelf ladders,
the visible presence (not presence in the ether) of rows of knowledge and imagination! That is just me being old-fashioned. You are right that it is an incredible innovation. Life has changed.
