A memory restored

When I was a very young boy, I remember hearing the words "Stop! In the name of love" on the radio, as well as the song "Downtown." For some reason I have always remembered these two songs. I couldn't remember who sang them, but with the wonder of the Internet I found out. The first was sung by Diana Ross and the Supremes and the second was sung by Petula Clark. YouTube seems to have everything. Here is Diana Ross without all the fancy dancing that singers do nowadays.

I love youtube too! I love hearing my old favorites. One that I like to listen to is "Ben" by Michael Jackson, anything Michael sang as a kid, I love!

He was such a talent. Turned out to be kind of an odd character, but very talented.
