What is everyone doing for Thanksgiving this year?
We are keeping it low-key. Just the 6 of us. Emily will stay in Southern California since she is coming home in a couple of weeks for the wedding, then again for Christmas. Doug will fix the turkey like he does each year, and we'll enjoy the yummy traditional dinner.

We are also spending Thanksgiving alone (as we prefer to do and have done for the past 6 or 7 years), and I always prepare the turkey each year as well. The difference being that I will be working while the turkey is cooking. In recent years, I always buy the turkey at Costco because they sell a boneless turkey that is very easy to prepare. I no longer watch football on Thanksgiving. My team always looses.
We will have Teresa and her family plus 5 Elders and 2 Sister missionaries. We should be 14 this year. Teresa will bring the mashed potatoes and some rolls. Dad will do the turkey and I will do the rest. No TV here of course but we will enjoy the company. (Missionaries have only from noon until 2PM by President's permission)
I am a Turkey so I run pretty scared this time of year. I'll be flying from Washinton D.C. to Denver to meet up with Amy who is flying in from Tucson. We'll be spending time with Phill and Arianne and Finnagin. Russell will stay in Tucson and have Thanksgiving with Ganae and Ryan.
Nick and I have been invited by friends which is great 'cause Nick usually orchestrates the whole thing, but this year it would have been too much work.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Kim, can Turkey's fly?
Turkeys do fly. Each time I go on a flight I look for him but no luck yet.
We had dinner at Chelseas apartment in SLC. It was delicious and I of course ate too much food and turkey. Hopefully it was of no relation to Kim.
